Clean Peanut Butter Cookies
In celebration of finals week & doing well on my finals- I made peanut butter cookies! I used everything natural and they turned out amazing! Enjoy! It makes about 9-10 cookies per batch, so you may want to double the recipe if you need more than that! :)
*Peanut butter used was Crazy Richards all natural peanut butter! I highly recommend the brand! The only ingredient is peanuts!*
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
-2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup oat flour
- optional: dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Mix all ingredients into a bowl
- separate it out into the size of cookies you want (in order to fit the macro count, it is about 9 cookies) The dough is firm, so you want to press down once it's on the cookie sheet. (greased cookie sheet)
- Cook for about 12 minutes!
Macro count for 1 cookie WITH chocolate chips: 144 calories, 7g fat, 3g protein, 16g carbs
Macro count for 1 cookie WITHOUT chocolate chips: 116g calories, 5.8g fat, 13g carbs, 3g protein
