Light & Creamy chicken noodle soup

I'm on prep and I was looking at a few different recipes that would fit into my macros, I picked apart each one and came up with this. This is delicious, light and friendly for your new years resolutions! This makes about 12 servings (12 cups): 132 calories, 2g fat, 16g carbs & 12g protein per serving!

Ingredients:
-1 pound chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
-1/2 cup carrots, chopped
-1/2 cup celery, chopped
-1 cup fat free half-and-half
-7-8 cups chicken broth
-garlic powder
-2 tbsp. thyme
-1 tbsp. oregano
- 1 small potato, chopped
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
-3 cups egg noodles


Directions:
-In a crock pot, mix chicken broth, salt and pepper and other spices. Add chopped vegetables and cooked chicken to the broth.
-Add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup of the fat free half-and-half.
-Let cook for a few hours, add egg noodles during the last 20 minutes of cooking.
-Serve with oyster crackers or anything else you like to eat with your soup!
