Whole Healthy Breakfast

Happy Saturday! 

I LOVE breakfast. I've ate the same breakfast for about 2 years. Crazy, I know! I have been trying to eat more whole, fruits and vegetables in my diet so I decided to eat a sweet potato as my carb this morning. See recipe below!


Sweet Potato Breakfast
1 Sweet potato, mashed
1 banana
1 tsp peanut butter
1 dollop of low fat greek yogurt
Blackberries
1 tsp chia seeds
*I paired this with 1 cup of egg whites*

- To cook the sweet potato, I punctured it with a fork and cooked in the microwave for 5 minutes.
- Mashed the potato, sliced banana, added berries and greek yogurt.
- Drizzled with melted peanut butter and chia seeds.

DELICIOUS!
