Banza Chicken Noodle Soup

I won't go into detail about life right now because chances are you are really cold or don't feel well. So here is the recipe:


Ingredients: 
- 1 pound chicken
- 1 bunch carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 box low sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 box Banza Pasta
- salt & pepper (optional)

Directions:
- Brown chicken for a few minutes on each side
- In a dutch oven or large pot, mix chicken broth, water, bouillon cube, carrots and celery and bring to a boil. Once brought to a boil, add in Banza Pasta.
- Let cook for about 10 minutes, the longer it cooks the softer the vegetables will be.

Enjoy with some crackers or just by itself. It is very tasty with lower sodium and less empty calories!
